Considerations when Choosing a Vacation Home Investment 

The Orlando, Florida area is filled with popular theme parks including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. If you frequently go visit the theme parks, then you may consider purchasing a vacation home in the nearby area. As you
shop for a house, the features should matter and cater directly to your theme park vacations.
Consider features to look for as you plan out your vacation home and have a permanent destination for all of your theme park adventures.
1. Garages and Parking
Whether you fly or drive to Florida, you will want a garage for the vacation home. If you have a car you permanently keep on the property, you do not want to worry about the car being out in the open when you are not at the house. The garage can safely store the vehicle, protecting it from theft, vandalism, and bad weather conditions.
You can keep a car at the home so you do not have to worry about paying for extra transportation or renting vehicles while you are on vacation. Also confirm that if the garage has been converted that it is air conditioned and purpose built for safety.
2. Laundry Room
As you spend the day in theme parks, you will probably sweat, get dirty and could go through multiple outfits. The last thing you want to do is stop at a laundromat to clean your clothes. A vacation house with a laundry room will make a world of difference.  When you arrive home at night, you can easily wash your clothes and the access to appliances means you can pack less. You can wash clothes and wear them again for future days of the vacation. A washer and dryer will also help with any stains or spills. You do not want to wait to wash clothes and can treat stains quickly so they aren't permanent.
If you purchase new clothes at amusement parks, you do not have to wait to wash and wear the outfits. You can do a load of laundry while at your vacation home and then wear the clothes to a theme park the next day.
3. Guest Bedrooms
As you plan out vacations, you never know what guests you will bring with you for the trip. Some theme parks offer free guest passes or discounted rates for guests. Finding a house with one or more guest bedroom will give you more flexibility to plan out bigger vacations with more people. Not only will you save on tickets, but each person saves on accommodations. Vacation Homes are usually advertised by how many guests they can sleep, this does not always reflect that the number of bedrooms or bathrooms the home has available so confirm that your group, whether it is a family, friends or combination of both will be comfortably accommodated with enough privacy.
Vacation homes should also include enough guest bathrooms for your group. More bathrooms will make morning prep and night time routines go smoother. If you try to arrive at theme parks early to avoid lines, giving people the space to get ready will help speed everything up.
