Our service is for Residential Rental Management and not Short Term Vacation or Airbnb, VRBO etc....
Typical Rental Terms
Our Rental Terms are as follows:
Listing/Marketing for a qualified Tenant
50% of the First Month Rent if managed or 100% if not. Includes Background checks of potential tenants.
Monthly management
10% of Rent Collected. Service includes rent collection, maintaining escrow, managing repair and maintenance requests, full accounting, inspections}
Customer Portal With Payprop
Landlords and Tenants have access to their respective online portal for payments etc using PAYPROP, a cloud based accounting and management system. Here is a link to their website:
